As soon as it opens to play it shuts down :(

I downloaded this for the kids, purchased all their updates for the kids.... When Apple had an update and I had to reset my phone loosing all the apps, it makes you repurchase everything. Rip off for the content as well

Downloaded the game, opened for it to say additional download is required then gives an error message and thats it. Useless.

I love summer like Olof ( the snowman) and if you like summer you will love this

Well... I like the game in all, but you should be able to unlock the summer or spring or ice skating once you collect all ten snowflakes and NOT have to pay for them! It Took me about a half our to find the snowflakes, thinking after I find them all, I can go to summer or spring! Real bummer, guys. Change it, and Ill give you 5 stars but if no update.... Ill be redoing my review, saying NOT TO GET THIS APP its HORRIBLE. So fix plz....

My son and i love this game

I bought complete pack and after delete on ipad to have memory space if i wanna play it i have to buy it again!!!! So bad!!!

This game is not that bad because its cute and it is very simple to play and it is easy.

There is no sound for this game on my tablet no matter what I do

The app had no sound but I uninstalled and re-installed it and now there is sound.

My daughter was excited to play this and all it did was buffer the entire time. There was a huge lag and she ended up just being disappointed and wanted me to delete it

Cannot download, please fix

Heres my problem. I purchased the IAPs in OLAFS ADVENTURES and a few weeks later, while organizing my sons iPad, I accidentally deleted it. (No problem, right? Nope!) After reinstalling, a pop-up window says the IAPs cant be restored. No reason given, no links, nothing! I cant believe it! So begins my 2 day search for a way to contact Tech Support, only to discover that a paltry FAQ page is all thats available. NO email, NO chat, NO phone support. Its as if Disney wasnt a huge, multinational corporation with billions in annual profits! I was shocked. I start calling numbers under Disney at GetHuman, regardless of division. (Someones gotta have a company directory, right? Well, if they do, theyre not talking). The person I spoke to at the Disney Store suggested I write a review and maybe someone would contact me. (I doubt it, but Ill do anything to make my son happy, because hes really a wonderful kid.) So here I sit. If I get a response, I PROMISE to edit this if possible.

No sound tried deleting and reloading still no sound. Before loss is sound great game please fix.

Ive had this game app on my phone for a good long while now. I purchased all the activity packs to have all 4 seasons for my son to play with. Tonight I had a pop up to update this app. Fine I did. Updated it only to find out the additional seasons that were purchased are gone and I have to repurchase them ?!?!?! Are you kidding me. Im not a happy mom !! I loved the game it was sweet and fun for my lil guy to play but if I had know that updating the app would cause him to lose the purchased seasons there wouldve be no way I wouldve accepted to update it !!

This game is so cool and i love Olaf, he is adorable. I just had a thought tho, maybe there could be a store for olaf and to buy something you would need either 10/10 snowflakes, 10/10 dandy lion puffs (ex...) this game is so so so so so cool!!!!!!!!!!

Hey olaf is cute!

The app was free for me so I played the first level, Winter. Ive read that its usually $1.99. Although Olaf is cute, he provides very little instruction on how to actually play. Luckily it is simple enough to figure out and complete Winter in under 10 minutes. Thats when I found out the only way to play the other levels was to pay an additional $1.99 for each one. There is no option to earn your way to them by completing tasks. If you are not interested in having to spend money just to advance in the game, then dont bother with this app.

I LOVE Olaf and frozen. But I am very confused.... The instructions in options say to make snowgies appear tap on Elsas magical snowflake imprint but where is the snowflake imprint??????????

Its super cute and well designed. However...you have to pay to get on to the next scenes. I hope we can play the game by earning things to move on to the next level....
